Panendeism Organization was founded with one goal - to explore the vast possibilities offered by this remarkable world view. From its shocking implications in science, to its affirmation of human dignity, Panendeism is a promising new focus within the parent philosophy of Deism. As an introductory statement, I think few have summarized Panendeism's idea of G-d better than Max Plank, who once said:
As a man who has devoted his whole life to the most clearheaded science, to the study of matter, I can tell you as a result of my research about the atoms this much: There is no matter as such! All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particles of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together...We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent Mind. This Mind is the matrix of all matter.
Planck was hardly alone when he spoke these words about G-d, indeed many of the pioneers of physics and those who came after them saw G-d in much the same way. It is our goal to make the work and philosophy of such brilliant minds a focus point for study and new areas of research moving forward.
Beyond being a merely scientific organization, we are committed to the cultivation and recognition of all humanity as one extended family. A family in which each human member is worthy of the other's value, respect, and friendship. As ‘children' of the same creator G-d and by logical necessity of this world-view, we affirm that the interconnectedness of all life, wheresoever it may be found, is also worthy of our care, respect, admiration, and careful management as the natural caretakers of this planet and its resources.
